What were you shooting at.

Pulse your shots a bit, make sure they're center mass dont try for headshot unless the idiot is standing still then you climb up with it then. Also engage at standoff not point blank. Train up Heavy Accuracy a bit, also try to get to proficency of HMG this decreases heat build up significantly. Get weapons to 5 this will max out your damage a bit.

Today I mowed down about 6 people in a row on one reload of the HMG near bravo. some spawners and way too many from charlie.

In the weapon skill catagory you have skill called 'weapons' this unlock access to more complciated weapons such as the forge gun and you should have 1 level of it already trained at least. Each level brings up damage by another 3%.

If you still feel your HMG is not doing enough damage get the weapon upgrade modules for the suit, the heavy weapon type this is where trianing heavy weapon upgrades will do you some good there is also a tier 2 of each of the weapon 'size' and function skills so you can get a bit further with each group.

Currently the HMG is pertty heavily nerfed it takes a bit to understand how to work with it a bit more now but you have to be a 'careful' heavy now a days get out in the open you'll just get murdered by long range shots you cant respond to.

Base shield regen on a Heavy is TERRIBLE.

My MILITIA Scout Suit has shield regen of almost 50 before I fit anything onto it. Proto with mods is insanely fast shield regen.

And armour regen on the lighter suits will LOOK higher even though it's not, because for them, 2 HP of regen means almost 2% of their HP, while on a Heavy it's less than 0.3%.

yea, he used to be my friend on PSN for the longest time. then he gets in Dust, sends me hate mail and removes me as friend. so i now enjoy killing him in game when i can. i hate heavy suits period, take a lot of bullets for me to take them down.

That is true, it was a bit too lazy to be considered a legit rage mail, but I did manage to get you to go through the trouble of adding me as a contact and sending a message. You can call it a reminder if you want, but the point is I made you mad, bro.

Sorry if I wasted one of your expensive suits, but RE abuse has been happening since the build was released, if you weren't expecting RE's to happen by now, it's really your inability to adapt that's to blame. Even so, RE's aren't all I do. If it was, I wouldn't use a prototype assault suit. Scout suits are better designed to abuse RE's. *cough* Shutter Fly *cough* If I ended up killing you with RE's in our encounters, you either made a poor spawning choice, or you shoot at me unexpectedly, but gave me enough time to survive, get to cover, switch to the RE's, and then throw them down, again, only you to blame.

As far as RE's being a cheap tactic, I will do what I can to survive.

Not that any of this matters though. If you're so petty of a person that you would delete a friend because of his choice of play style, no one will take you seriously or even care what you think.

Do what you want to do, I personally don't care. I'll be happy once they nerf the RE's and make it so that people can't detonate them right away, only reason I ever started abusing them is because others would to me. I've learned how to avoid RE deaths and don't really have a problem with them anymore but do get extremely annoying at times, especially with prototype scouts using RE's as their main weapon. The more gun game required the better imho.
